Workers' Compensation

New Jersey Workers' Compensation Lawyers

Representing employees of all industries who suffered work-related injuries.

Injuries happen, especially when we are working.  That’s why New Jersey has a state administered insurance program, Workers’ compensation, which provides certain benefits to full-time employees who were injured while performing work duties, regardless of who is at fault.  In exchange for these benefits, The New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Act bars employees from bringing civil actions against their employers, unless the injury was caused intentionally.

New Jersey workers’ compensation law provides that workers may be eligible for certain benefits including employer authorized medical treatment, temporary disability payments, and partial or permanent disability awards based on the severity and location of the injury. Although individuals can file claim on their own, the process can be complicated and adversarial.

Individuals who have had serious work related injuries or who have been denied quality medical treatment by their employer can benefit from an attorney who has extensive experience handling workers’ compensation claims.

Our office has successfully handled thousands of workers’ compensation cases. We will make sure that you receive all of the benefits in which you are entitled under state law as well as aggressively pursue any possible third-party claims.
